When beginning a new workout regimen you have to learn new jargon as well. This page is designed to ‘teach’ you Survival Legion workout jargon (with photos) so when you do our routines, you’ll know what we’re talking about.

Perform with matching weighted kettle bells or barbell plates

Balance-Core Ball for time — this helps you strengthen both your balance and your core. Do this for timed workouts (go for at least :30 at a time).

This exercise is done by swinging the tire left-to-right (or vice-versa) — “side to side” — against a wall to work core and flanks, and to build endurance.
Weight can vary, of course, and you can either pull the sled or push it.
